In the very rare occasion that your product arrives faulty or broken, Please ensure that you place all the products back in their original packaging and contact us immediately. We will make sure to get a replacement out to you as soon as we can.
1. All refunds are subject to Back to Roots discretion.
2. We are only able to offer refunds on unopened items, within 1 months of purchase.
3. If products are damaged or defective there is a full warranty period of 3 months.
Return Conditions All items that are returned to us must be in the original packaging, must not be opened or have been used. We only except returns for faulty or damaged products.
Returning an Item
If products are to be returned please contact email@example.com and include your order number and state the reason for returning the item. Please don’t return products to us before we have replied to you via email. If the product is damaged we will need to inspect the original product before shipping out a new one. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your product that you would like to return it.
If goods are damaged If item/s received are damaged or broken please take a picture of the item/s and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org please do include your order number. Once we receive your email we will respond within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please ensure that all returns are packaged securely.
- Delivery costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
- Return delivery costs will be covered by the customer.
- Once orders are shipped back to us, Back to Roots cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
